Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the VenueHub platform, which includes a mobile application and a web application, ('Service'), operated by MoleSoul s.r.o., with its registered office at Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06, Bratislava, ID No: 52 311 023, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No. 136493/B ('us', 'we', or 'our').
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. The Service
VenueHub is a software service, available via a mobile and web application, designed to assist in managing tasks, notes, events, inventory sheets and product lists. The Service allows users to create and manage content and integrate with third-party services to enhance functionality.
2. User Accounts
- Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account. You can register using an email address and password or through third-party services like Google or Apple.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, particularly if you violate these Terms.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
4. User-Generated Content
- Ownership: You own all of the content you create and manage within the Service ('User Content').
- License: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and deliver your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service is available for use under a free plan, which does not require a subscription. To access premium features, users may subscribe to one of our paid plans. Upon selecting a paid plan, a proforma invoice will be issued to you. The subscription will be activated once the payment for the proforma invoice is successfully received, at which point a final tax invoice will be issued. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with reasonable prior notice.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may allow you to connect with external services such as Google Calendar, Facebook, and FiskalPro API. By using these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that you are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We assume no responsibility for the practices or content of any third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MoleSoul s.r.o. and its licensors.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MoleSoul s.r.o. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and/or through other communication channels. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
