This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personal Data You Provide

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ('Personal Data'). This includes:

Account Information: When you register for an account, we may collect your email address and password. If you register using a third-party service (like Google or Apple), we collect your name, email address and profile picture URL from that service.
User-Generated Content: We collect data you create and manage within the application, including but not limited to tasks, notes, events, inventory sheets, and product lists
Third-Party Credentials: If you choose to connect to external services, such as FiskalPro API, we collect the necessary credentials (e.g., username and password) to enable this integration on your behalf.

Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This data may include your device's IP address, device type, operating system version, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic data to improve application stability.
Device Tokens: To provide push notifications, we collect a unique device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging token).

Information from Third-Party Integrations

You may choose to connect your account with third-party services. By doing so, you authorize us to collect, store, and use information from these services in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar: If you connect your Google account, we may access your list of calendars to allow you to select one for syncing. We will store the ID and name of the selected calendar to read events from it and display them within the VenueHub app, allowing you to see your schedule in one place.
Facebook: If you connect your Facebook account, we may request permissions to access your Pages to read events from them and display those events within the VenueHub app.
FiskalPro: When you connect your FiskalPro API account, we will use your provided credentials to interact with their API to retrieve, process, and display your fiscal receipts as required by the Service's functionality.

Subscription and Billing Data

Use of the application under the free plan does not require you to provide billing information. When you subscribe to a paid plan to access premium features, we collect your billing details to generate and send you a proforma invoice and, upon successful payment, a final tax invoice. This information is necessary to manage your subscription, process payments, and fulfill our financial obligations. We do not collect or store credit card information directly on our servers.

Use of Data

VenueHub uses the collected data for various purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve our Service
To manage your account, venues, and user permissions
To sync and display events from your connected Google Calendar or Facebook Page
To retrieve and process financial data from your connected FiskalPro API account
To notify you about changes to our Service or important updates
To send you push notifications about events, tasks, and other app-related activities (you can manage these in settings)
To provide customer support
To monitor the usage of our Service and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Data Storage, Transfer, and Security

Your information, including Personal Data, is stored and processed on secure servers provided by Google Cloud Platform (Firebase), which may be located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

The security of your data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Data Disclosure and Sharing

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

With service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our application, such as Google (for hosting, database, and cloud functions). These parties are contractually obligated to keep this information confidential.
With other users: Within a 'Venue' in the app, your name and the content you create may be visible to other users of that venue, in accordance with the roles and permissions set by the venue owner.
With your consent: We share information with third parties like Google Calendar, Facebook, and FiskalPro API only when you explicitly authorize the connection.
To comply with legal obligations: To comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend our rights or property, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, or to protect the personal safety of users or the public.

Your Data Protection Rights

You have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

If you are unable to perform these actions yourself or have further questions, please contact us to assist you.

Access, update, or delete: You can access, update, or request deletion of your data directly within the application's settings or content management features.
Manage notifications: You can manage your preferences for push notifications in the app settings.
Manage integrations: You can disconnect third-party services like Google Calendar or Facebook and FiskalPro API at any time in the app settings.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16 ('Children'). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and, for significant changes, with a more prominent notice (such as an in-app notification).
